If you are currently experiencing problems with the service, please ensure you raise this with our Customer Service Team. Once you have a case raised, we will compensate you for the time that your issues are on going, from the day the issue was reported until you confirm it has been resolved. Compensation needs to be claimed and can be done by contacting our Customer Service Team. This may be in the form of a credit to the account or a refund to your card.
