Unlike other Internet Service Providers, Wifinity offers a contract-free subscription-based service!

If you have purchased a subscription rather than a one-off payment package, for example; A "4 weekly" recurring package, when no longer needed this would need to be canceled.

Our non-recurring packages will not renew automatically. These will expire at the end of the period you have purchased for.

Our recurring subscriptions renew every 28 days, therefore payments won’t be taken out on the exact same date of each month, hence we use Continuous Payment Authority (CPA). This is used industry-wide on subscription-based products i.e. a Magazine subscription.

A Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) is an authorisation given by a customer to take payments for recurring subscriptions by credit or debit card. By entering the card details of your choice is by way an authorisation for us to charge you at the end of every period until we receive instructions to cancel the subscription. (Other names for CPA include “recurring transactions”, ”continuous card payments”, ”recurring payments”, “continuous authority transactions” or “guaranteed payments”.)

Please note: This is not a direct debit and will not affect your credit score.

Due to using this kind of payment method, the system will continue to try and take payment after payment has failed. We have a "dunning" period of 5 days in which payment can attempt to be taken, if payment has not been received after the 5 days your connection will be disconnected and the subscription canceled.

As far as the contract goes, we do not have any, however, we do have terms of use that every user reads and accepts before purchasing the subscription. The user can cancel their recurring subscription either by contacting our Customer Service Team or using the self-service dashboard which all users have access to.

Subscribers can use accounts at all other sites covered by Wifinity! Once you have reached a site covered by Wifinity, simply turn on the wireless function of your device and select the Wi-Fi from the list of networks. Once a connection is established you will be redirected to the Wifinity dashboard where you can log in and start using the service.
